There are ATM machines at a few locations:
- Ticket office lobby
- Between Gates 1 and 12
- Gate 4
- SEC and RPAT lobbies
Alcohol can't be brought into the venue.
Some events, except Broadway in Roanoke performances, allow small point-and-shoot cameras. Professional cameras or video equipment are never allowed.
Kids under 2 generally don't need a ticket as long as they are with a paying adult, but there may be circumstances where different policies are specified.
There are plenty of concessions available.
Seating
For patrons with disabilities, accessible seating is provided, as well as space for companions. Accessible seating is arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. There are wheelchairs on-site, also provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessible seating locations include:
- Behind Boxes 1, 4, 7, and 9
- In front of Gates 2 and 11
- Orchestra Level, Row R

Assisted Listening and Interpreters
There are ALDs on the premises which can be provided for guests. You'll need to leave a driver's license or credit card. To arrange for an interpreter, it's best to submit a request no later than 2 weeks before the event.
Service Animals
Service animals are allowed inside for those with disabilities, but the animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, and must be well-behaved. Service animals do not need their own tickets.
If you need first aid, visit the station located between Sections 8 and 9. There is emergency staff on-site during most events. The AED is in the administrative office between Gates 3 and 4.
There are concessions available throughout.
The gates open 1 hour before the show begins.
Check with the administrative office for lost and found.
In the case of lost children, a description will be given to security and event services staff, and announcements will be made. If you find a lost child, bring them to event services on the south side of the building.
There are no weapons allowed into the Civic Center.
Bags, coats, purses, and diaper bags may be subject to inspection.
There's no re-entry, except for guests using the smoking area.
Find the family restrooms with changing stations and nursing areas by Gate 2, and on the north and south side of the Special Events Center.
There's room for 10,600 guests.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside of buildings.
There's no tailgating allowed.
Visit the box office from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday - Friday, and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday. Hours differ on event days.

Will call tickets can be picked up during normal office hours, but for certain shows, they might not be available until the day of the show. You'll need a photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.
