To ensure everyone has an enjoyable time, there is a code of conduct in place.
- No profanity of offensive language, or obscene or indecent clothing
- Smoke only in designated areas outside
- No standing on seats or chairs
- Do not enter backstage or off-limits areas
- No fighting
- Do not throw objects or liquids
Find an ATM in the lower lobby near the box office, and one in the upper lobby on the concousre level.
There is alcohol for sale on the premises. You'll need to be 21 or older and have ID to purchase it, and sales are limited to 2 beverages per buyer.
Camera rules vary by event, but usually, small personal cameras are allowed, but professional cameras with lenses more than 3" in length, video cameras, or audio recorders aren't allowed.
Kids under 2 usually don't need a ticket, but some shows may have different policies according the producer. Call 815.968.5222 for more information.
There are plenty of food and drink concessions available on the premises.
There is handicapped and companion seating available, reserved for patrons with disabilities until general seating has been sold out.

You can enter the venue 1 hour before shows begin.
Find the guest services center in the upper lobby of the concourse level.
To find children seperated from their parents, visit the guest services center.
Be aware that guests may be searched when entering the facility, and asked to return prohibited items to their vehicle. Here is a list of things that aren't allowed:
- Outside food and beverage, bottles and cans
- Backpacks
- Coolers
- Baby seats or carriers
- Air horns, noisemakers
- Fireworks
- Confetti, silly string, streamers
- Helium balloons
- Laser pointers
- Roller skates of any kind
- Large banners or signs
- Weapons of any kind
Small signs are fine. However, larger signs, supported by sticks or poles, are not. Signs must not be commercial in nature, and cannot disturb other guests.

The box office is open from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central, Monday - Friday. It may stay open later depending on the event schedule. Find the box office on the corner of S. Main St. and Elm.
Bring your photo ID, purchasing credit card, and confirmation number to pick up will call tickets.
