For everyone's enjoyment, The Rose Quarter has a Code of Conduct for guests. Breaking the Code of Conduct can result in ejection or denied entry. The following are not allowed:
- Behaviors or items that might be dangerous to persons or property
- Behaviors or items that might disrupt games, performances, or events
- Smoking anywhere other than the designated smoking areas
- Intoxication
- Providing alcohol to a minor
- Carrying any Prohibited Items
- Drinking outside the designated areas
If you see a violation of the Code of Conduct, please notify the Rose Quarter staff.
There are 8 ATMs at the Rose Quarter:
- 1 in the Box Office Lobby
- 4 in the Rose Garden
- 2 in the Veterans Memorial Coliseum
- 1 outside the main doors of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum
Alcohol may be purchased (with a limit of 2 drinks at a time) with a valid ID. Drinks may be brought back to your seats. For sporting events, sale of alcohol normally ends at the start of the last period.
Generally, non-professional photo cameras are allowed so long as no flash is used and no guests are disturbed or blocked. Audio and video recording devices are not allowed. Tripods are not allowed.
Children under 2 don't need a ticket unless otherwise noted.
For children's safety, ID bracelets are available free of charge at any guest services information Booth. These bracelets list the child's seat location to help staff return the child in the case of separation. For the child's safety, the bracelets do not list any personal information.
If a child is lost, go to a guest services information booth for help.
Every event has first aid stations. In the Rose Garden, they are on the 100 level (across from Entry A-9) and on the 300 level (across from entry C11). For the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the station is by Entry OO.
Food and beverages cannot be brought in from outside but can be purchased at the concession stands.
Guest services can be contacted in two ways, in person and by text messaging. To contact in person, visit one of the guest information booths located on the 100 level (near Entry A-7 and Entry A-24), on the 300 level (near entry C-33), and at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum (at Entry CC).
To text message guest services during a home game, text "Blazers" to 78247. To text message Guest services at all other events, text "Rose" to 78247. Make sure to include a description of the issue along with your location.
Lost and found items can be reported at one of the guest information booths. Items may be retrieved from the Facility Security Department from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Pacific time from Monday - Friday. For more information call 503.797.9712.
Some items are best left at home:
- Food and beverages
- Weapons
- Containers of any kind (including coolers, bottles, and cans)
- Illegal substances
- Noisemakers (including air horns and whistles)
- Laser pointers
- Balloons
- Large Banners
- Tripods, professional photo cameras, and audio/video recorders
The seating capacity is 19,980.
Sign policy varies. When signs are allowed, each sign must be held by a single guest, and the sign cannot be wider than 11" or taller than 17". Signs must not block the view of other guests. Signs cannot be commercial or attached to anything. Banners are never allowed.
Smoking is prohibited everywhere except in designated smoking areas.
The box office is located in suite 100 at One Center Court and is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific time and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Pacific time.
