While you can't bring alcohol into the arena, it is available for purchase for those 21 and older, with a limit of 2 beverages per person. The Rupp Arena can refuse service at any time.
Amateur photography is allowed at some events, but professional equipment with detachable lenses will require media credentials. Video and audio recording is against the rules unless the artist approves.
Cell phones and cell phone cameras are generally allowed.
Most often, children under 2 do not require a ticket.
Certified medical help can be found at first aid stations during most events. If you have an emergency, contact the nearest Rupp Arena employee for assistence.
There are plenty of food and beverage concessions available at the facility, so please leave food and beverages at home.
Typically, gates will open 1 hour prior to the event, with slightly earlier openings for UK basketball games.

There is no re-entry, although exceptions are sometimes made for medical emergencies. Visit the guest services desk first.
There are ADA-compliant restrooms throughout the Rupp Arena, including unisex family restrooms for guests with children.
Small, poster-board signs are allowed, but it's best to leave larger signs and signs mounted on sticks and poles at home. Please don't hang or fasten signs anywhere in the arena, or bother other fans.
Per city ordinances, Rupp Arena is a no-smoking facility. Smokers may exit the building to an uncovered designated area, and re-enter with a valid ticket.
You can find the box office in the Shops at Lexington Center on the third floor.
To pick up will call tickets, make sure you bring the actual credit card used for purchase, a photo ID, and the confirmation number.
