Kids under 3 are welcome to come without a ticket, but they must stay on an adult's lap. Strollers must be stored under the seat or checked-in at Guest Services.
Normal respectful behavior is expected, so no abusive, indecent, obscene or violent language, gestures, cloathing or behavior; no seat swapping; no drunken behavior; no intefering with the game in any way; no throwing objects. Also prohibited are smoking both tobacco and electronic cigarettes, and any illegal behavior or activity.
There are ATMs throughout the premises. You can find them outside the Home Plate and Left Field Gates, on the Main Concourse at Section 128 and Section 186, as well as on the Wells Fargo Terrace Club level at Section 223, and the upper concourse at Section 32.
Bags are okay, as long as they are not larger than 16"x16"x8". People must keep their bags under their own seats. Of course, all bags are subject to search.
Cameras and videocameras are okay, as long as anything recorded is for personal use only. Videotaping games themselves is prohibited, as is any photo equipment that may interfere with others, like tripods and such.
There are services available for various disabilities, including seats for those in wheelchairs, elevators, drop-off and pick-up areas, and assisted listening devices for those with hearing impairments.
There are several souvenir stores and kiosks located throughout the facilities.
There are first aid locations staffed by medics from the Seattle Fire Department. Talk to the nearest staff member if help is needed.
Generally speaking, the Center Field Gate opens 2.5 hours before a game, and all other gates, 2 hours prior to the game. Times may vary, so call in advance for specific info.
There are guest services posts on-site. Stop by for help with stroller and wheelchair storage, lost or found items, lost people or any other question or concern.
The lost and found is handled by guest services.
The following things are never allowed:
- laser pointers
- pets
- noisemakers
- fireworks
- weapons
- outside food or drinks
- hard-sided coolers
- bags larger than 16"x16"x8
All bags are subject to search.
Re-entering is okay, but the ticket must be scanned prior to leaving in order for you to be let back in.
There are family restrooms located throughout the venue.
There's security on-site. Contact the nearest staff member for assistance.
Banners and signs are okay, but they must be baseball related, not obstructive, not larger than 3', not offensive, and not commercial or political in any way. Staff members could remove any banners or signs for any reason.
No smoking tobacco or electric cigarettes and no chewing tobacco anywhere, at any time, for any reason, except on designates smoking areas. Tickets must be scanned for re-entry when exiting to visit the smoking areas.
The box office is on Edgar Martinez Drive South. and First Avenue South, and is open 7 days a week.
There are tours available for adults and children, and they are wheelchair- and stroller-accessible. One can also schedule a private tour or other private events at the venue. The number to call for info and scheduling is 206.346.4241. More info is also available at the website.
Will call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be picked up at any of the ticketing locations. All other will call tickets must be picked up at the main box office on Edgar Martinez Dr. S. To pick up tickets, make sure to have a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase, if applicable.
