Guests require shoes and a shirt at all times.

The arena has 3 ATMs.

ID is necessary to purchase alcohol. Out-of-state licenses, military IDs, passports or expired California IDs are not valid.  2 alcoholic beverages per person per purchase. Sales conclude before the last act during concerts and shows, 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter during football, and 5 minutes into the 2nd half for basketball. Intoxicated guests will not be admitted.

Cameras are generally prohibited, depending on an event's policy.

Children under 2 can enter free of charge provided they sit on an accompanying adult's lap. Some events require 1-year-olds to have a ticket.

Accessible Seating is on all levels. Purchase up to 3 companion seats for 1 accessible seat. For information call 559.347.3400. Service animals for disabled patrons are welcome. For interpreting services call 559.347.3400 2 weeks beforehand. FM headsets and receivers are free at guest services. Elevators are accessible in each corner. For assistance locate a staff member. 

The Bulldog Shop in the northeast lobby sells Fresno State merchandise, opening only for Fresno State games at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time for 7:00 p.m. tip-off and 2 hours before daygames.

The first aid station is behind Section 109. In an emergency find an officer or staff member for assistance.

Doors open at least 1 hour before events.

Guest services is in the main concourse¿s northwest lobby.

Guest services manages lost or found issues during events. Following events, call 559.347.3490 during normal business hours.

All guests, bags and purses are subject to search and other restrictions. Diaper bags are permitted but will be inspected.

Prohibited items include: 

• Outside food and drinks


• Cans, bottles or containers, including coolers (exceptions made for baby food)


• Fireworks and weapons 


• Laser pointers


• Air horns


• Backpacks, bags larger than 11" x 17" or sealed packages

Re-entry is prohibited.

Private security and Fresno police officers provide security.

Banners and signs meeting the following criteria are permitted:

• No larger than 2'x3'


• Tasteful


• Not made of wood, metal or similar materials


• Not affixed or hung in the facility


• Unobstructive to guests' views or advertisements

Smoking is prohibited except in the designated area outside the southeast lobby.

Tailgating is prohibited.

Box Office Hours:

• Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pacific (non-event days)


• Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 1 hour past event start time (event days)


• Saturday and Sunday non-event days - Closed


• Saturday and Sunday event days 1:00 p.m. or 2 hours before the event (whichever is earlier)


• 2 hours before any Fresno State event          

Will call is in the northwest corner. A photo ID, the credit card used in the transaction and a signature are required to pick up tickets. Tickets are only released to the individual named on the original order. Alternate pick ups are only allowed if arrangements are made through the office of the original point of purchase prior to the event day. Outside will call is not accepted. 

Tickets can be picked up during normal hours up to one week before the show. Provide the confirmation number, a photo ID, the credit card used in the original transaction and a signature. Orders placed through the band, promoter, record label, fan club, etc. are not available until the event day, usually 1 to 2 hours beforeshow time. A photo ID, membership card (if necessary) and signature are required.
