Nashville#25;s Schermerhorn Symphony Center is home to the Nashville Symphony, and the venue was named after the late Maestro Kenneth Schermerhorn, who led the symphony for 22 years from 1983 until his death in 2005. The Schermerhorn Symphony Center was opened to the public in 2006, and has hosted several memorable events ever since.
The Schermerhorn Symphony Center Ticket Office is open Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. On concert days, the Ticket Office is open Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. thru intermission and Saturday 12 p.m. thru intermission. Refreshments are available at the venue#25;s nine bars, café and restaurant, but food and beverage are not allowed into the theater. Accessible seating is available. Cameras, cell phones and audio recording equipment are prohibited from the venue.
