There are ATMs on the premises. You can find them at the following spots:
- North Avison Young Club Lobby
- Dutton's Lounge
- Flames Fan Attic Store
- Sections 201, 202, 212, 215, 216, 222
- The West Lobby
Alcohol is served at most events. Standard stadium rules apply. You'll need ID, no alcohol in or out, no more than 2 beverages per patron at a time, and service stops 1 hour before the event ends.
Small personal cameras are allowed for Flames, Hitmen, and Roughneck games, but for some events, cameras of any kind might be prohibited.
Professional video equipment is never allowed.
Kids having reached their second birthday will need a ticket. Kids under that age don't need a ticket, but will have to sit on a parent's lap. For kid-specific events, those children who have reached their first birthday need a ticket.
Scotiabank Saddledome requests everyone be respectful. There are a few things to remember:
- Remain in your seat, and no standing on chairs.
- Avoid drunk and disorderly conduct.
- No mooning or exposing private body parts
- Don't interfere with or delay the game.
- No open flames including lighters
- Don't enter the field of play.
- No abusive or profane language
- No Smoking
There are security personnel throughout the building.
There are many concession options. Cash and credit cards are accepted everywhere.
Scotiabank Saddledome is accessible for guests with disabilities.
Drop-Off
There are 2 locations for drop-off. The first is on the northwest side, accessible via the Stampede Park Gates. The amount is refundable if the vehicle leaves within 30 minutes.
The second drop-off is at the Saddledome Rise entrance on 14th Ave. and 5th St.
Accessible Seating
Scotiabank doesn't have wheelchair or disabled seating on the floor level. There's accessible seating at other places in the arena, and room for companions as well.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of wheelchairs are on hand for individuals with limited mobility. While staff can escort you to your seat, they can't stay with patrons for the entire game.
There's merchandise for sale throughout the arena for Flames, Hitmen, or Roughneck games.
For concerts and events, check merchandise stands near sections 212 and 226.
Scotiabank Saddledome has a first aid room on hand, near section 221/222. Medical staff are on hand at all events.
Outside food or beverages aren't allowed in the venue.
For Calgary Flames games, doors open 1.5 hours before the game begins.
For Calgary Hitmen or Roughnecks games, doors open 1 hour before the game begins.
For other events, doors generally open 1 hour beforehand as well.
Find guest services on the main concourse level. It's inside the west doors.
Check with guest services for lost and found. After the game, call 403.777.4644 or send them an e-mail.
The following aren't allowed in the venue:
- Bottles, cans, or coolers
- Outside food or drink
- Frisbees and beach balls
- Skateboards
- Laser pointers
- Noisemaking devices
- Fireworks
- Illegal drugs or alcohol
- Spike or studded jewelry and belts
- Weapons or dangerous devices
- Balloons
For Flames, Hitmen, and Roughnecks games, there's a re-entry policy in place. For concerts and other events, there's generally no re-entry.
There's room for 19,289 fans at Scotiabank Saddledome.
Small banners and flags are allowed, but they need to meet certain criteria:
- They can't be distateful in nature or content.
- They can't obstruct the view of other patrons.
- Don't attach them to sticks or poles.
- No advertising or commercial interests
The box office is open 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mountain time Monday - Friday, and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mountain time.
The box office closes at the end of the 2nd intermission.
Tours are available 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Mountain time Monday through Friday on non-event days between June and August. It's a walking tour, and it takes about 1 hour. For more information call 403.777.1375.
Pick up will call tickets at the ticket window on the north side of the Saddledome. You'll need photo ID and the card used for purchase.
