Guests should conduct themselves in a manner befitting a family-friendly atmosphere, which means that rowdiness, foul or abusive language, sitting in the wrong seat, or interfering with the game won't be tolerated.
There's an ATM in the southeast corner of the concourse. Outside the Forum, there are ATMs at Walsh Hall and Corcoran Commons.
Guests can't bring alcohol into Conte Forum, and guests appearing intoxicated may be barred from entering the Forum themselves. Drunk or disorderly behavior won't be tolerated.
It's recommended that guests don't bring bags to the Forum. All bags will be searched.
Still cameras are okay, but not if their lenses are longer than 4" or detachable.
There are concession stands and carts throughout Conte Fourm.
Accessible parking is in the Beacon St. Garage, Commonwealth Ave. Garage, Flynn Complex, and Merkert lots and is first-come, first-served. Accessible seating is also first-come, first-served. Guests who require such seating should call 617.552.3000.
There are Boston College bookstore merchandise stands throughout Conte Forum.
The first aid room is behind Section O on the Conte Forum concourse. Guests needing medical assistance should notify any member of the event staff.
Outside food and drink isn't allowed, and there are concessions throughout the venue.
For men's basketball, for students and the Roundball Club gates open 1.5 hours before tip-off; for the general public they open 1 hour before tip-off.

Guests who leave Conte Forum during an event can't re-enter.
Restrooms are throughout Conte Forum, have baby changing stations, and are accessible.
Banners and signs that are derogatory towards student-athletes, coaches, or game officials aren't allowed.
Smoking isn't allowed on campus.
Tailgating isn't allowed.
The ticket office is at Gate B of Conte Forum and open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time and 2 hours before the game. Children 2 and under don't need a ticket, so long as they sit on a guardian's lap. Student tickets are valid only for Boston College students.
