Kids under 2 are usually allowed in without a ticket, if they sit in an adult's lap. Some shows might have other policies, though, so check your event for more info.
You can pick up tickets at the box office starting two hours before an event. You'll need to bring the credit card you used for the purchase and valid photo ID.
Unless you have written permission from Power Balance Pavilion, you can't bring professional camera equipment or any recording devices into the Arena. Regular camera policies vary by event, so call in advance to check.
There are concession stands with a wide variety of food throughout the Arena. They accept major credit cards.
To make special arrangements in advance, call 916.928.6900 and the staff will be happy to help. Parking Lot H offers accessible parking, or you can be dropped of in front of the Box Office. There are wheelchair accessible restrooms on the concourse level, and the concourse level concession stands have wheelchair accessible areas to the far right.
If you'd like to arrange for sign interpretation, call the box office at 916.928.6900 at least a week before your event. You can also contact the box office about special seating for visually impaired guests.
No outside food or drink is allowed in.
The guest services Courtesy Desk is on the concourse level, behind Section 122, and staff are there to help you with whatever you might need.
Lost and found is located at the guest services Courtesy Desk (behind Section 122) during a game, and items are moved to the Security Desk afterwards.
Smoking is not allowed in the building, but there are designated smoking areas by the Northwest and Southwest entrances.
For advance sales, box office hours are 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, and 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The box office is closed on holidays and Sundays, unless there's an event. When there's an event on a Sunday, the box office will open 2 hours before the event starts.
