Gates in the pavilion open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time. Children who have already turned two years of age much have a ticket, and ticket prices for children are the same as those for adults. If a child has celebrated their 2nd birthday they must have a ticket. Prices are the same for children as adults.

All food, drinks, coolers, lawn chairs, umbrellas and cameras are prohibited. There is also a no-reentry policy instated. Certain shows may restrict all beer and wine sales at the request of the performers. There will be a note at concessions indicating when the service of alcohol will be discontinued. Some events may also ban blankets for lawn seating. Events will continue as scheduled regardless of the elements.

A will call window is located at the East box office only. There will be signs that read "Phone Will Call" or "Promoter Will Call". Tickets may be picked up after the gates open 90 minutes prior to showtime.
