Children 2 years and older must have a ticket to enter.
Please wear appropriate clothing, and keep shirts and shoes on at all times.
To pick up will call tickets, remember to bring a photo ID and credit card of the purchase. There will be a service fee added to every purchase.
ATM services are available on the grounds.
Shows will not be cancelled due to weather conditions.
Please don't bring alcohol into the arena. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase inside the ampitheatre, with a 2-drink maximum per sale.
All bags will be inspected at the entrance.
Guests may bring personal cameras inside the facility. Flash photgraphy, removable lens cameras, and recording devices aren't allowed.
Food and drinks can be purchased in stands throughout the ampitheatre. The permanent concession accepts credit cards, but temporary concession stands are cash only.
Several services are available for visitors with disabilities. For a sign language interpreter, please contact 561.795.8883 in advance. You can also request complimentary listening devices during an event with valid ID. For additional information, head to the guest services booth in the North Plaza.
Guests may bring a small amount of food in clear plastic bags, as well as one sealed bottle of water.
Gates open 1 hour before an event.

Visitors aren't allowed to re-enter the facility once they have exited.
Cruzan Ampitheatre can accommodate 19,000 visitors.
Please don't smoke in the seating areas. Smoking is only allowed in the lawn and plaza sections.
Tailgating isn't permitted on the grounds. Please don't consume alcohol, have open fires, or engage in any kind of commerce in the parking areas.
The box office is open Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern time, and on event days starting at 10 a.m.
