The St. Augustine Amphitheatre was initially built in 1965. Over the years many performances, plays and concerts have taken place on this famous stage. Some important artists who have been featured at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre include: Gamble Rogers, Arlo Guthrie, John Hartfor, Eddie Money and Sister Sledge. In 2002 the amphitheatre was refurbished.
The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is an accessible venue for all handicapped persons. Items that are not allowed inside the venue include: weapons, outside food and drinks, animals, skateboards or bicycles. Smoking is permitted, but only in certain areas of the venue. The event scheduled will take place in either rain or shine.
