Artists set the camera policy for their own shows but, generally, no professional recording equipment is allowed. However, many artists allow for personal cameras. 

Unless otherwise specified, events are all ages, but everyone needs a ticket regardless of age. 

The following aren't allowed in the venue:

• Blankets (depends on show)


• Food and drink, bottles, cans or coolers


• Lawn chairs and umbrellas


• Fireworks, incendiary devices


• Bicycles, inline skates and skateboards, helmets


• Pets


• Oversized bags or backpacks


• Any kind of weapon

There's generally no re-entry. 

The facility is entirely smoke-free. 

The box office opens at noon on show days, and remains open until 9:00 p.m. Eastern time. Otherwise, it's open from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Pick up will call tickets at the box office, up to 2 hours before the doors open.
