Guests should leave the hard-sided coolers and outside food and beverages at home (though each guest can bring 1 sealed bottle of water into the venue). Bags should be 18'x12'x6' or smaller and fit under the seat. Strollers can be brought into the venue but not the seating areas.
Small, personal cameras are usually okay although not for Broadway-type shows. Detachable-lens cameras and recording devices never are.
Children younger than 3 don't need a ticket so long as they sit on a parent/guardian's lap.
Guests with disabilities can be dropped off near any of the venue's roadside gates (Gates 4, 6, and 7). If needed, staff members can meet guests at those drop-off points and transport them, in wheelchairs, to their seats (and then back to the drop-off point when the show ends). There are accessible parking in the Zebra lot, across from Gate 6, and accessible seating is available at all price levels (contact customer service for more information about seating). At Sunday night Starlight Broadway musicals, 2 interpreters are on the stage; they're best viewed from Orchestra or Plaza Sections 4 and 6. (Call 800.766.3777 for more information about interpretation.) And at Saturday night Starlight Broadway musicals, audio descriptions are provided for visually impaired guests. Assisted listening devices are available for checkout at the Ovation gift store, free, for every performance.
