For some shows, kids under 2 won't need a ticket so long as they sit on a parent/guardian's lap.
Find accessible parking clearly marked on the east and west sides of the building. Ramps will allow access to the east and west entrances, which are accessible.

Make reservations for listening devices 72 hours in advance by calling 956.843.6688. To request an interpreter, call the same number 14 days in advance.
Find accessible seating in Row S, Section 113, and Section 101, in addition to elsewhere in the building. On event nights, every effort will be made to accomodate disabled patrons with regular tickets. Visit customer service, at the back of Section 119, to be relocated to accessible seating.
Food isn't allowed inside the arena, with the exception of baby food. There are various concessions with meals and snacks for purchase.

The will call window is at the box office. To pick up tickets you'll need a confirmation number, photo ID, and purchasing credit card.
Tickets can be left at the will call window for other guests, but the venue can't bear responsibility for them being claimed. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name is on the envelope.
