To help everyone have a good time, the Superdome requires guests follow a basic code of conduct (violation of which may result in ejection):

• No unruly or illegal behavior


• No over-intoxication 


• No obscene/abusive language or gestures


• No interference with the game/event


• No ignoring instructions given by stadium staff

If you would like to report anyone breaking this code of conduct, go to a guest services desk or text "NOLA" to 69050. 

There are 7 ATMs. On level 100 they are at Gate A Plaza, Gate C Plaza, and Gate G Plaza. On level 200 they are at Gate A Loge and Gate E Loge. On level 500, they are at Gate C Terrace and Gate G Terrace.

Bags are allowed if smaller than 12"x12"x12".

Camera policy is particular to each individual show. Please check the show details for more information.

Concessions are available.

Disabled parking is available for cars with a proper placard at Lot 3. 

Accessible seats are available for disabled guests and up to three companions. You can find accessible seating on the Plaza Level at Row 36 and on Terrace 604, 605, 649, 650, 623, 624, 630, and 631. 

You may borrow a wheelchair from the Guest Relations Center at Gate A on the Plaza Level. No escort will be provided, and wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance. 

Assisted Listening Devices are loaned out at the Guest Relations Center at Gate A on the Plaza Level. You need a valid ID to borrow a device. 

Electronic wheelchair charging is available for wheelchairs with duplex outlet plugs.

Fan merchandise can be bought at The New Orleans Saints Team Gift Shop on the Plaza Level at Gate B. The store is open Monday - Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central time. The shop also opens on all home games for Tulane and the Saints. You can call the gift shop at 504.587.8937.

First aid is available during all events. Each event has multiple first aid locations, and the locations are particular to each individual event. 

You are not allowed to bring outside food and beverages but there are plenty of options at concession stands inside. 

The time doors open is particular to each event. Check the event details for information.

If you need information or assistance, contact either the Guest Relations Center at Gate A on the Plaza Level or visit one of the guest services desks at the following locations:

• Plaza Level: Gates C, E, and G


• Loge and 300 Suite Levels: Gates A, C, E, and G


• 400 Suite Level and 500 Level: Gates C and G

Lost and found is located at the Guest Relations Center at Gate A Plaza Level. Guests can also call Security Control at 504.587.3900.

Some things that aren't allowed in:

• Banners that are too large or are in bad taste


• Containers of any kind


• Bags with a height, width, or depth over 12 inches


• Laser pointers


• Noisemakers


• Outside food and beverages


• Projectiles


• Weapons


• Video or audio recording devices


• Balloons


• Glitter or Stickers


• Fireworks

If prohibited items are found, guests can put the item in their vehicle or throw the item away. Storage is not available for any items.

Re-entry is not allowed.

The Superdome has restrooms throughout the stadium. Every restroom features facilities for the disabled. Baby changing tables are available on the 300 Suite Level across from Suites 305, 365, and 373 and on the 400 Suite Level across from Suites 409, 424, 441, and 456.

The Superdome can seat over 73,000 people.

Superdome Security works 24 hours a day. In need of assistance, call 911 or 504.587.3900.

Banners, signs, and flags are allowed as long as they:

• Are in good taste, are not too big, and are not offensive


• Are free from profanity


• Do not block the view of other guests


• Are not a safety hazard


• Are not commercial without permission from the management

The management can remove a banner, sign, or flag at any time.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas at Gate B, Gate D, Gate F, and H Plaza Level Exterior.

Tailgating is not allowed.

The box office is only open on event days.

Tours are not available but everyone is welcome to visit and photograph the Superdome's exterior Plaza Level.
