The Superdome has 7 garages and 2 surface lots nearby. The total parking capacity is around 7,000. The usable garages are #1, #1A, #2, #2A, #5, #6, and Champions Garage; the usable lots are Lot 3 and Lot 4.

There are 7 ATMs. On level 100 they are at Gate A Plaza, Gate C Plaza, and Gate G Plaza. On level 200 they are at Gate A Loge and Gate E Loge. On level 500, they are at Gate C Terrace and Gate G Terrace.

Disabled parking is available for cars with a proper placard at Lot 3.

You may borrow a wheelchair from the Guest Relations Center at Gate A on the Plaza Level. No escort will be provided, and wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance.
Assisted Listening Devices are loaned out at the Guest Relations Center at Gate A on the Plaza Level. You need a valid ID to borrow a device.
Electronic wheelchair charging is available for wheelchairs with duplex outlet plugs.
Fan merchandise can be bought at The New Orleans Saints Team Gift Shop on the Plaza Level at Gate B. The store is open Monday - Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central time. The shop also opens on all home games for Tulane and the Saints. You can call the gift shop at 504.587.8937.
First aid is available during all events. Each event has multiple first aid locations, and the locations are particular to each individual event.
You are not allowed to bring outside food and beverages but there are plenty of options at concession stands inside.

The Superdome has restrooms throughout the stadium. Every restroom features facilities for the disabled. Baby changing tables are available on the 300 Suite Level across from Suites 305, 365, and 373 and on the 400 Suite Level across from Suites 409, 424, 441, and 456.
