ATMs can be found inside the stadium by the concourse, as well as inside the McNamara Alumni Center, and the University Avenue Ramp near the stairwell.
Alcohol is not allowed inside the TCF Bank Stadium. However, there are many places to purchase and consume alcohol outside the stadium, such as the McNamara Alumni Center. Alcohol is also allowed on any of the campus's flat surface tailgate lots, but not on the ramps.
Bags and coolers are not allowed.
Cameras with a lens less than 6" long are allowed. Recording devices and tripods are not allowed.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Gates open 2 hours before the event starts.
Guest services can be found in the Concourse by Gate A and Gate E. Go to one of these locations for the following services: Tag-A-Kid, lost and found, and lost patrons.
Fan information can be found in the tents outside the stadium near Gate A, Gate E, and between Gate B and Gate C.
During games, lost and found operates out of the guest services booths at either Gate A or Gate E. Lost items can also be given to any of the event staff. At all other times, lost and found operates out of Jackson County. Contact the Lost and Found Office at Jackson County by phone at 612.624.5528.
