If you forget cash, don't worry. There are ATMs by sections 104, 115, and 121. Even if you don't get any cash, rest assured that most of the concession stands inside the TD Ameritrade Park Omaha accept all major credit cards.
Outside alcoholic beverages aren't allowed. There are alcoholic beverages for sale inside, but you have to be 21 and over and get a wristband in order to buy or drink them.
If you appear to be intoxicated, you won't be allowed into the TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, or if you get intoxicated while there, you'll be asked to leave. You also can't leave with any alcoholic beverages.
Personal camera use varies for each event, so please call or check the website for information regarding each specific event. Please keep in mind that professional cameras and video recording devices are never allowed into TD Ameritrade Park Omaha.
TD Ameritrade Park Omaha offers a variety of disabled services in order to ensure the enjoyment, comfort, and safety of disabled patrons. Please visit guest services, which is located on the Concourse Level by Section 113 or send an e-mail for more information.
First aid stations are staffed with medical teams and are located on the Concourse Level by Sections 113 and 130.
You can find guest services on the Concourse Level by Section 113. You may contact guest services to get information on anything related to TD Ameritrade Park Omaha events, disability or special needs services, or to report any incident or violation during an event. To report an incident, please call 402.546.0888, and please clarify the nature of the incident and the exact location for a timely response.
Lost and found is at the guest services department, which is located on the Concourse Level by Section 113. If you have lost an item, please call 402.546.1750 or send an email. Lost items are stored for 30 days after the event during which they were lost. TD Ameritrade Park Omaha isn't responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
The following items aren't allowed into TD Ameritrade Park Omaha:
- Bottles, cans, coolers, large bags, or backpacks
- Any outside food or drink (you may bring a bottle smaller than 20 ounces for water only)
- Large umbrellas, folding chairs, strollers (unless they can fold and be put away under your seat), beach balls, or frisbees
- Laptops
- Laser pointers or anything that makes noise
- Fireworks, weapons, drugs, or alcohol
- Any signs or banners that haven't been previously approved by TD Ameritrade Park Omaha
- Anything that might be considered unsafe or dangerous
Re-entry is only allowed for reserved seat ticketholders and only during the College World Series games. Please only re-enter using Gates 2 and 3. Otherwise, re-entry isn't allowed at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha.
Family restrooms are available on the Concourse Level behind Sections 103, 109, 111, 115, 120, 125, 129, and 131. They're also available on the Suite/Club/Grandstand level behind sections 201, 209, 215, 218, and 222.
TD Ameritrade Park Omaha can comfortably seat 24,505 patrons. This can be expanded to 35,000 seats for larger events.
The Security Office is located near gate 4, off 10th and Cumming Streets. The entrance is the same as the staff and media entrance.
Unless previously approved by TD Ameritrade Park Omaha, signs or banners aren't allowed.
Smoking isn't allowed inside TD Ameritrade Park Omaha. For your convenience, there are smoking areas ouside of gates 2 and 3, and smokers must stand at least 20 feet away from the entrance. Anyone that doesn't follow these guidelines will be asked to leave.
Tailgating is allowed in all of the MECA controlled parking lots. Please keep your tailgating within your own parking space and don't go over into other spots or block pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
The box office is located on Fahey and 13th Streets and is open from 10:00 a.m. Central on game days.
