Telluride is in southwestern Colorado, along the San Juan Skyway. Everything in the town is within walking distance.
Guests should park wherever they can find a legal spot and be sure to note whether they've parked in a metered space. Three hours of metered parking can be purchased at one time, at a rate of $0.50 USD per hour. Permit parking (O, G, and W Residential Zone parking) isn't enforced during festival weekend.
It's okay to bring coolers (although they'll be searched) and unopened plastic bottles and cans of water or soda. Unopened food items are also okay.
Video recording and professional photography equipment isn't allowed, but audio taping usually is (unless an artist specifies otherwise).
Children must be with an adult. Children 11 and younger get in for free.
There's camping in the Telluride Town Park Campground, and sites are non-reservable and first-come, first-served. The campsite is a busy, social place.
There's some accessible parking in the Telluride Town Park lot. The festival is wheelchair accessible, and there are accessible port-a-potties on site.
Gates open at 11:30 a.m. Mountain time Friday; 11:00 a.m. Mountain time Saturday; and 10:30 a.m. Mountain time Sunday. Events usually end each day at 9:00 p.m. Mountain time.
To retrieve a lost item head to Lost & Found, under the white tent at the entrance.

Guests can leave and re-enter the grounds so long as they wear their wristband, which shouldn't be removed (it won't be replaced).
The box office is open Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (all times Mountain). It's at the Pacific St. entrance to Town Park, behind the post office.
