The following behavior is prohibited:
- Profane or abusive language
- Visible intoxication
- Fighting
- Throwing objects
Video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and telephoto or zoom lenses are prohibted. Standard policy is that small point-and-shoot cameras are permitted but flash photography is prohibited. Some events may have their own policy, which always supersedes building policy.
Cell phones are permitted if use does not interfere with other guests¿ enjoyment. No devices may utilize the buildings' electrical outlets.
For most events, children 2 and under are admitted free of charge if they sit on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat. Children 3 and older require a ticket.
Disabled seating is available in all price levels and reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs and their companions. Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase one accessible seat and one adjacent companion seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests are as close as possible to the accessible space. This policy ensures all guests requiring accessible seating are accommodated.
Patrons exchanging non-accessible seats for wheelchair or accessible seats should call the Box Office in advance. This includes patrons who require interpretive services or canine companions. All sales and exchanges are on a first-come/call, first-serve basis and depend on ticket availability. There is no guarantee that companion tickets remain available.

First aid is available during all public performances. In an emergency, notify an usher or security officer and the EMT will be contacted. A wide selection of over the counter medications is available at the gift shops.
Full service bars and appetizers are on each level. Outside food and beverage is prohibited.
The guest services counter is in the main lobby.

- Wheelchair assistance
During and immediately following an event (15 minutes), the guest services counter on the main lobby level manages all lost and found issues. If not picked up, all items transfer to the box office. To check on a lost item, call the box office at 800.745.3000.

Guests must have tickets scanned upon exit and present the same ticket to re-enter.
Both general and accessible seating are available through The Colosseum at Caesars Palace box office. Guests can purchase tickets online or call 800.745.3000.
Guests can pick up will call tickets the day of the event at the box office, open daily from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Pacific. Guests require the actual credit card used to place the order and a valid photo ID. Will call drop off is unavailable for all events.
