Everyone, regardless of age, needs a ticket.
Guests can pick up will call tickets at the box office at the corner of the building nearest Centennial Olympic Park.
ATMs are located on the lower level by the men's restroom and on the main floor across from the merchandise stand.
Full-service bars inside the venue sell alcohol to guests 21 and older who have a valid photo ID.
Large bags and backpacks aren't allowed inside the venue, and all bags are subject to search at the entrance.
Photography usually isn't permitted, though the policy varies by band. Flash photography is never allowed, though, and neither is professional photography equipment.
Guests with disabilities should call 404.659.9022 ext. 4847 ahead of time to specify their needs, and on show day they should also notify the staff at the door of those needs. General admission shows have a special area for guests with special needs; for reserved seating shows, guests should purchase tickets on the floor. All bathrooms and the first floor are ADA accessible.
Outside food and drink isn't allowed. There are water fountains and several full-service bars in the building.

The following items aren't allowed inside:
Guests who leave the building during the show can't re-enter it.
Signs and banners aren't allowed.
Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area.
The box office is open only on show days and usually opens 1 hour before the doors do.
