Guests should conduct themselves in a respectful manner. That means foul or abusive language, obscene gestures, and throwing items on the stage won't be tolerated.
Guests who choose to drink alcohol should do so responsibly.
Time Warner Cable Arena is ADA-compliant and has assistive listening devices available. Service animals are permitted. The recommended drop-off for disabled guests is at the 5th St. entrance.
Merchandise is available at the team store next to Trade St.
Outside food and beverages aren't allowed.
Gates open 1 - 1.5 hours before the event.
Guest services is located on the Club Concourse at Section 102 and on the Uptown Concourse at Section 206.

The venue box office is on the Club Concourse level in the main lobby, between the Trade St. and Fifth St. entrances.
Guests who would like to tour the venue should make their request no later than 14 days ahead of time. Tours are limited to 20 people. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. For groups larger than 20, alternate arrangements may be made.
