Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion

Children 2 years and under may come in for free as long as they sit on an accompanying adult's lap and don't take a seat.  This policy applies to both the reserved seats and the lawn area.

You'll find will call at the box office. It's available on show days only once the gates open. Please keep in mind that in order to receive your tickets, you'll need to present a valid photo I.D., your order number, and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.

The city of Raleigh and state of North Carolina prohibit the consumption of alcohol out in the open, so please no open containers of any kind in the parking lots or the streets. To make sure that everyone abides by these laws, police officers are regularly patrolling the parking lots. Alcoholic beverages are available for sale inside Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion once you provide valid photo ID.

The following items aren't allowed:

• Alcohol or illegal drugs


• Lawn chairs higher than 9" off the ground, coolers, or bottles


• Weapons or laser pointers


• Pets, with the exception of service animals


• Any audio or video recording device

Pre-show picnics are always welcome! Please keep in mind the following rules:

• Your car may only take up one parking space


• You may not place a grill on a roadway, sidewalk, near a building, or anywhere that it may ruin or harm anything, including property or a guest

The box office is located at the Main Gate, and there's a service charge of $6.00 USD per ticket for most events. Reach the administrative office by calling 919.831.6400.
