Guests should be respectful and responsible, not use prohibited items, and conduct themselves in a manner befitting a family-friendly environment.
Four of the park's five ATMs are along the Main Concourse, and the other is outside Gate D.
Gates A, B, C, and F are open to the general public. Gate D is for Suite and Club seat holders, and the media can enter at Gate E. Guests should keep their tickets with them at all times inside Toyota Park.
Outside alcohol is not allowed, nor is entering Toyota Park in an intoxicated state. Alcohol is on sale inside the park to guests with a valid ID.
Personal cameras are generally okay, but no flash or commercial photography is permitted (and neither are tripods or lenses longer than 6"). Unless guests receive advance permission they should leave all audio/visual equipment and recorders at home.
Guests can use cell phones so long as they don't disturb others.
Children 2 and older need a ticket.
There are a variety of concessions at Toyota Park.
Disabled Guest Drop-Off/Pick-Up:
Guests with disabilities may be dropped off at the stadium arch in the east parking lot outside Gate D. Those with suite or club seat tickets may enter Gate D. All other guests with disabilities can access the stadium by using the ADA ramp at Gate C.
Disabled Guest Parking:
Guests with disabilities may park in the disabled parking section in Lot E3, just between Gates C and D.
Disabled Guest Seating:
To purchase seating for guests with disabilities, call 708.594.7200 or the Ticket Office at 708.594.7700 prior to arrival.
Souvenir carts are located throughout the park. The permanent souvenir shop is on the Main Concourse behind section 129.
There is a first aid station on the Main Concourse behind Section 120.
No outside food or drink is allowed.
Gates open 1.5 hours before the event begins.

The following are not allowed at Toyota Park:
- Aerosol cans
- Balloons and beach balls
- Cans, bottles, or other beverage containers
- Chains or studded bracelets
- Coolers
- Fireworks or flares
- Illegal drugs
- Large bags
- Laser pointers and noice makers
- Outside food or drink
- Cameras with lenses longer than 6"
- Banners/flags on poles
- Recording devices
- Weapons
There is generally no re-entry to Toyota Park.
There are restrooms throughout the Main Concourse.
Toyota Park can hold 22,000 people for soccer matches and 28,000 for concerts.
Banners, flags, and signs are okay so long as they aren't commercial, political, or offensive. They shouldn't be attached to a pole, hung from a stadium fixture, or obstruct anyone's view. (Some events at Toyota Park may not allow signs, so checking with the specific event is best.)
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas in the Toyota Park plaza between Gates A, B, and C.
Tailgating is allowed, but here are a few rules to follow:
- No glass bottles
- Don't play with balls or frisbees
- Coolers should be in front of or behind vehicles
- Don't interfere with traffic flow
- No kegs
- Don't sell food or drink
- No open flames
- Don't tailgate after the event ends
The will call window is at the main ticket office adjacent to the Stadium Arch at Gate D. Will call opens on event days 3 hours before the event begins. Guests should have a valid ID, the purchasing credit card, and a confirmation number.
