Guests should be prepared to be searched when entering the venue.

There is an ATM behind Section 106.

Alcohol is on sale inside to guests 21 and older with a valid ID.

Purses, diaper bags, and other small personal bags are okay, but they'll be inspected at the entrance.

The Tsongas Center is wheelchair accessible. There's a ramp outside the building that leads to the main lobby, and there's an elevator in the lobby that accesses the floor and concourse. Guests can be dropped off in front of the building; they should then enter through the East Entrance, which has elevator access. Call 978.934.5738 for more information on accessible seating.

Guests should enter through the Main Lobby Entrance.

The following aren't allowed inside:

• Large bags, backpacks, duffle bags, or boxes


• Food or beverages


• Cans, bottles, coolers, or similar containers


• Recording devices


• Laser pointers


• Noisemakers


• Projectiles


• Signs larger that 2'x3'


• Stickers


• Balloons


• Cigarettes and lighters


• Heeleys, skateboards, or skates


• Sticks or poles


• Spiked apparel


• Weapons

Guests who exit the building can't re-enter it.

The box office is in the main lobby and remains open until an event is half over. On event days the box office opens at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time, and on weekend hockey days it opens at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. It's also open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Eastern time.
