You'll conveniently find 9 SunTrust ATMs in the following locations:
- Monument Grove - next to the will call kiosks
- Field Level - 2 near aisle 128, next to the Hank Aaron Room, and 2 near aisle 147, next to Cartoon Network's Tooner Field area
- Terrace Level - 1 near aisle 230 and 1 near aisle 241, behind the Chop House
- The Club Level - 1 across from Suite 46
- Upper Level - 1 near aisle 411
Sorry, you can't bring outside alcoholic beverages into Turner Field. You can buy alcoholic beverages inside the stadium if you're over the legal drinking age of 21 and present a valid photo ID. You can't take alcoholic beverages into or out of The 755 Club. Please keep in mind that all sales of alcohol end at the bottom of the 7th inning.
You're allowed to bring just one bag into Turner Field, and it has to be smaller than 16"x16"x8". All bags are subject to search.
You're allowed to bring a hand-held camera or video camera into Turner Field, as long as it's smaller than 5" in length. Sorry, monopods and tripods aren't allowed and neither is recording any of the game. Please be respectful of those around you when taking pictures or video by not disturbing them or obstructing their view of the game. If you bring your camera in a case, keep in mind that it must fit through the bag template and all bags are subject to search.
You're allowed to use your phone or pager as long as you don't disturb anyone else that is around you.
Children 2 and under are allowed to come into Turner Field without a ticket, but they must sit on an accompanying adult's lap and can't take a seat. Anyone 3 and over is required to have a ticket. On Sundays, children between the age of 4 and 14 will be invited to the field after the game is over to run the bases if they like. Please keep in mind that this policy is subject to change.
Turner Field is a family environment and it is expected that everyone behaves in a courteous and appropriate manner. Violators of this policy will be subject to ejection or arrest. Please help maintain this level of courtesy and refrain from the following:
- Getting in the way of others' enjoyment of the game in any way
- Using any abusive or foul language or gestures
- Appearing to be or actually being intoxicated
- Failing to present your ticket when asked or sitting in a seat that isn't printed on your ticket
- Having balloons, nets, beach balls, laser pointers, or any of the other prohibited items
- Getting in the way of the ball during play
- Throwing anything on the field or coming onto the playing field
There are over 100 food and beverage stations for you to choose from at Turner Field, so you're always going to find something to satisfy you.
If you require disability services, you'll be pleased to know that Turner Field has been designed and built to be in accordance with the standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Every level of the ballpark offers disabled seating with clear views of the field.
TTY/TDD services: located at aisle 146.
Drop off area: Located on the western side of Hank Aaron Dr., near the North East gate. Also located on the eastern side of Pollard Blvd., near the North West gate.
MARTA transit: MARTA offers a shuttle from the Five Points station to Turner Field. The shuttle departs 90 minutes before the start of the game and continues for 1 hour after the end of the game. Please call MARTA for information at 404.848.4711.
Courtesy cart/wheelchair services: Available for transportation on a first-come, first-served basis from the parking lot to Turner Field. Sorry, reservations aren't available for this service. Please ask the parking attendant for more information.
If you need any help getting to your seat from the gate, please notify a guest relations representative at the gate on game day and they'll arrange a wheelchair for you. You can also ask a guest relations representative in the ballpark for wheelchair services back to the gates. Please keep in mind that wheelchairs are on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations aren't available.
Wheelchair accessible seats: Available on all levels of Turner Field. You can also purchase a ticket for a companion seat next to the wheelchair seat if you wish. Both are subject to availability. Any additional guest beyond the disabled and 1 companion will get the closest available seating.
Visually impaired seating: Please contact the ticket operations department at 404.577.9100 and press option 6 for information. You can also send an e-mail to the ADA seating department.
Service animals: You're allowed to bring your service animal into Turner Field.
Guest relations booths: If you ever have any questions or problems at Turner Field, please feel free to visit the guest relations booths and a representative will assist you. This includes lost and found items and lost and found children or parents. Also available at the booths are brochures and game schedules. The booths are located at ailes 146, 420, and 435.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD): You can get amplification devices for fans with hearing impairments at the guest relations booth located at aisle 146. Please be prepared to leave your state-issued ID in exchange for the device.
First Aid stations: You'll conveniently find first aid stations at aisles 146, 211, 311, and 409. The stations are all staffed with EMTs and nurses to help you with anything medical that you might need while at Turner Field. If you need assistance, please inform the closest usher, service officer, or guest relations representative.
Concession stands: For your convenience, most of the stands throughout Turner Field can accommodate disabled fans. Please don't hesitate to ask a staff member to assist you should you need it at any of the concession stands.
Restrooms and water fountains: All water fountains and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Elevators: There are 7 accessible elevators for your use at Turner Field. For physically challenged guests, there's an elevator on the west side of Hank Aaron Dr., near the North East gate.
The Majestic Clubhouse Store
A retail center in the Plaza that features different Braves apparel and merchandise for you to purchase. It's only open on the days that a game is being played at Turner Field and is closed on days that games aren't played.

You'll find first aid stations throughout the ballpark on the Field Level (at Aisle 146), the Terrace Level (at Aisle 211), the Golden Moon Casino Level (at aisle 311), and the Upper Level (at Aisle 409). Each station has medical staff on hand to assist anyone in need. Please contact the nearest staff member or go to the closest first aid station if you need medical attention.
You're allowed to bring the following into Turner Field:
- non-alcoholic beverages (in non-glass, non-aluminum containers)
- food
- soft-sided coolers (please be sure to remove the hard plastic liner)

You'll find guest services at Aisle 146 as well as on the Upper Level at Aisles 420 and 437. Guest relations always has staff that will be able to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have or help you with any requests. Please make sure to give feedback about your game experience to the guest relations staff member!

If you lose or find something while at Turner Field, please visit the guest relations department located at Aisle 146. Also, if you lose something, you can email send an e-mail. This email is checked weekly and all found items are logged in after every game. Someone in the guest relations department will contact you only if your lost item matches something that has been found. During a game, you can go to the guest relations department to make a match, and if you want to look for your lost item on a non-game day, you'll have to make an appointment. If you need your item mailed to you, you'll have to give your credit card information, and a FedEx tracking number will be provided. All found items will be locked away and stored for 30 days.
Please keep in mind that the following items are not allowed into Turner Field:
- Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs
- Glass bottles and aluminum cans
- Wineskins, bota bags, bags larger than 16"x16"x8", oversized backpacks, hard-sided coolers, ice chests, hard liners for coolers
- Camera equipment, such as lenses longer than 5", any monopods, tripods, or the like (brought in by non-media personnel)
- Folding chairs or tables, sticks, brooms, or clubs
- Weapons or fireworks
- Noise makers, bullhorns, any inflatable items, or confetti

You'll conveniently find a total of 62 restrooms at Turner Field: on the Field Level, the Terrace Level, the Golden Moon Casino Level, and the Upper level.
Turner Field can comfortably seat 49,586 fans.
Please note that all bags and individuals are subject to search upon entering Turner Field. For further information about security at Turner Field, please visit the website.
Banners are permitted as long as they're related to baseball and don't obstruct anyone's view of the playing field or advertising. Any banner may be removed at any time by a staff member. All banners have to be made of a light, flexible material such as paper or cloth, and can't have any wooden or metallic parts. They also can't be affixed to any part of the ballpark in any way. Banners can also not have anything vulgar or obscene, or contain what would be considered fighting words, as Turner Field is a family environment.
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas in Turner Field, such as certain stairwells, landings, or entryways. It's absolutely prohibited in the seating areas, Plaza, concourses, restrooms, and premium seating sections. Please note that e-cigarettes and other devices that blow smoke out of them are also considered smoking devices and can't be used anywhere other than the designated smoking areas.
Tailagting is allowed only in the Turner Field parking areas, and grills are only allowed in the grassy areas. Please note that you'll have to bring something to extinguish the coals once you're done.
You can enjoy a guided tour of Turner Field any time during the year! During the tour, you can see areas that are off-limits during the games, such as Sky Field, the press box, the broadcast booth, a luxury suite, the locker room, the dugout, and the SunTrust Club. Visiting these areas depends on the demands of the stadium operations, so viewings are subject to change.

During the season (April - September): tours are not given on game days
- Monday - Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Eastern
- Sundays: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Eastern
Off-season (October - March):
- Monday - Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Eastern
Please note the following:
- All tours begin and end in the Braves Museum and Hall of Fame
- Tours start at the top of the hour and last almost 1 hour
- You can buy your tour tickets either at the ticket window or by visiting braves.com/tours
- Ticket prices: Adults - $12.00 USD, Children 13 and under - $7.00 USD; Groups of 20 of more people - $10.00 USD for adults and $5.00 USD for children
- Tour parking is free in the Green Lot, but if you end up taking a tour on a game day, you'll have to pay for parking
You'll find Turner Field's will call windows at Monument Grove, which is attached to the Guest Relations entrance gate, next to the ticket windows. Will call opens 3 hours before the game and closes at the end of the 6th inning. Once closed, will call is moved to the 755 Club, at the receptionist's desk. Please note that to pick up your tickets, you'll have to present a valid photo ID and sign the ticket envelope to confirm receipt. If you can't make it yourself to pick up your tickets, you may leave them for someone else to pick up.
To drop off tickets for someone else please drop off your tickets at the ticket office drop off window in the will call area. You can also drop off tickets for future games in this area. When dropping off tickets, you'll have to fill out the ticket envelope and include the following information:
- Full name of person receiving tickets
- Game date
- Number of tickets
- Print and sign your name on the envelope
Once the envelope has been completed, your ticket envelope will be logged in and delivered to the window where it can be picked up. Please notify the person picking up that they'll have to present a valid photo ID and sign the ticket envelope to confirm receipt.
