ATMs are on the outside of the restroom buildings facing each plaza.
There is a drop-off/pick-up area near the main gate entrance. Buses and limos should use the circular drive just past the main gate. Guests requiring assistance from the drop-off area should call 205.248.5280 in advance.
Alcohol is on sale inside to guests at least 21 with a valid ID.
Guests should leave the coolers and picnic baskets at home and expect to be searched when entering the building.
The camera policy varies by event, but if cameras are allowed guests can bring only non-professional cameras without removable lenses.
Strollers are allowed inside the Amphitheater but must be left outside the seating areas (in a non-secured area). If you've lost a child, or found a lost child, contact venue personnel.
Guests should conduct themselves in a manner befitting a family-friendly environment, which means no profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior.
Food and beverages are available throughout the venue.
Accessible parking is at the east parking lot at Gate 20 and requires no pass other than a handicap tag or placard. There is accessible seating throughout the venue; call 205.248.5283 for more information.

Gates usually open 1 hour before an event starts.
There is a guest services booth in the box office building next to the main gate.
To turn in or retrieve a lost item head to the guest services window at the box office or call 205.248.5280. Items will be held for 30 days.

- Gifts for the artist/performer

Re-entry is generally not allowed.
Restrooms (including family restrooms) are on both sides of the venue.
The Amphitheater can hold 7,470.
Smoking and use of other tobacco products is allowed only in designated areas near Gates 7 and 19.
