To make sure everyone has a safe, fun time, United Spirit Arena has some conduct guidelines. No offensive or indecent clothing is allowed, and if you use obscene or abusive language or gestures, you'll be ejected. If you seem intoxicated, you won't be allowed in or will be kicked out. You could also be removed or even arrested/fined if you interfere with the event or try to go on the stage or play area. Overall, just make sure not to ruin anyone else's enjoyment of the event - staff will enforce these policies.
You can buy merchandise on the arena concourse at basketball games. For some concerts and other events, merchandise might also be sold.
There are paramedics available for basketball games, concerts, and major events. If you need first aid help, contact the nearest staff member.
