From north Phoenix/Scottsdale:
Take State Route 51 (Piestewa Peak Pkwy.) south to the I-10 east. Exit I-10 at Washington/Jefferson St. (you'll reach this in just 100 ft). Turn right (west) onto Washington St. to 3rd St, then turn left (south) onto 3rd St to the US Airways Center.
From east Phoenix:
Take Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) west, which merges with I-10 west. Take I-10 west to the 7th St. exit. Turn left (south) on 7th St. to Washington St., then turn right (west) onto Washington St. to 3rd St Turn left (south) onto 3rd St to the US Airways Center.
From west/southwest Phoenix:
Take I-10 east to the 7th Ave. exit. Turn right (south) onto 7th Ave. to Jefferson St., then left (east) onto Jefferson St. to 1st St. The US Airways Center is on the corner of Jefferson St. and 1st St.
From northwest Phoenix/Glendale:
Take I-17 south to Jefferson St., then turn left (east) onto Jefferson St. to 1st St. The US Airways Center is on the corner of Jefferson St. and 1st St.
From East Valley/Tempe:
Take I-10 west to Washington/Jefferson St. Turn left (west) on Washington St to 3rd St, then turn left (south) onto 3rd St. to the US Airways Center.
For your convenience, there are pay parking lots with 700 spaces on the property and the prices are different for each one.
For most events, children 2 and under may come in without a ticket, but have to sit on an accompanying adult's lap. Some events require them to have a ticket, though, so please check with the center beforehand.
Please no obscene or abusive language, gestures, signs, or clothing. The US Airways Center also doesn't like fighting or throwing things, and if you violate any of these rules, you might be asked to leave the building.
Will call is located inside the Casino Arizona Pavilion and opens 2 hours before the beginning of any event. Please remember to bring the credit card that you paid with and your ID to pick up your tickets.
Sorry, no coolers, bags or containers of any kind are allowed inside the US Airways Center.

The US Airways Center allows disabled guests to bring service animals. Please visit the guest relations area that's on the main concourse across from Section 117 for more information regarding disabled services.
In the unfortunate event that you need first aid, you can find it on the main concourse across from section 114.
It's best not bring any outside food or beverages into the US Airways Center.
Gate times are almost always 1-1.5 hours before the event begins.

If you need to use the restroom, you'll be able to find one on every level of the US Airways Center.
The US Airways Center can seat up to 20,000 guests.
All signs and banners have to be made from flame-retardant materials and can't be displayed during playtime because they will block others' views. You also can't place them on the court, and they can't be obscene, commercial, or disturb the other fans.
If you must take a smoke break, please do so in a designated smoking area. Smoking isn't allowed anywhere else.
US Airways Center box office is open from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mountain, Monday - Friday.
Summer hours are different, so please contact the US Airways Center to confirm times.
The box office is located in the Casino Arizona Pavilion on the northwest side of the facility at 201 E. Jefferson (corner of 1st and Jefferson streets).
