If you do things like putting yourself or others in danger, behaving disruptively, fighting, using illegal substances, or having items that aren't allowed, you may be ejected.
Will call opens two hours before an event, and you'll need to bring ID and the credit card you used for the purchase.
There are ATMs on the main concourse level. You can find them near Sections 117 and 138.
Outside drinks are not allowed in.
Coats, bags and purses will be searched when you're coming in. No large bags, please, unless you get permission in advance.
No professional cameras are permitted, and no video recording.
There are concessions all over the Arena. Also, the All Access Bar and Grill is on the fifth floor.
Assisted listening devices, sign interpretation or other arrangements can be made by calling 513.421.4111 x177 at least two weeks in advance.
First aid and paramedic services are provided by Firstcare for all events.
Outside food and drink aren't allowed.
Usually, doors open an hour before an event starts, but check the event page for specifics.

- Coolers, metal or glass containers
- Alcholo or outside food or drink
- Weapons
- Professional cameras, or detachable or long lenses
- Fireworks
- Laser pointers
- Glow sticks
- Beachballs
- Noisemakers like air horns
- Aerosol cans
- Tools like wrenches or pliers
- Animals except service animals
- Chairs
- Audio or video recording devices
- Anything else the management decides is not acceptable
Sorry, no re-entry allowed. If you have to leave in an emergency but want to return, visit the customer service desk inside the main gate doors and explain your situation. (There is a smoking area - see Smoking policy for more details.)
Up to 17,556 can attend a basketball game, and up to 14,453 can enjoy hockey or football.
There's no smoking in the U.S. Bank Arena, but there is a smoking area near Section 130 on the north side of the building. When you exit, you'll have to show your ticket and get your hand stamped, so you can get back in.
The box office is outside of the fourth floor across from Great American Ballpark, but in the off-season, tickets are sold on the third floor. For more info, call 513.421.4111.
