From I-26 and I-40:
Guests coming from I-26, 19-23, or I-40 into Asheville should take I-240 into town. From I-240, take Exit 4C (Montford Ave./Haywood Street/Visitors Center), and then make a left turn onto Haywood Street, and you will find the Civic Center directly ahead. Once you reach Haywood Street, go past the Civic Center and take the next left into the Civic Center Parking Garage.
Guests have up to three different parking options when visiting the Civic Center, including the Civic Center garage by the facility, in addition to the Rankin Ave. garage and the Wall Street garage. Do not park in areas marked "no parking" as your car will be ticketed and towed. Consider arriving early for popular events to ensure parking availability and to enjoy the excellent restaurants in the surrounding area.
Guests can reach the venue by public bus service with schedules available in public venues throughout the city.
The Asheville Civic Center asks guests to consider the appropriateness of an event for a child's age, and although there is no minimum age requirement, parents should take care of the children while at the venue.
You can pick up will call tickets at window 6 on the day of the show.
Guests who need to access an ATM machine may do so outside the front entrance of the Civic Center building, as there is no ATM inside.
The Asheville Civic Center doesn't allow recording devices of any type inside the building.
Guests will find an assortment of beverages and finger foods at the Civic Center Concessions, and can purchase alcoholic beverages at certain events with a wristband showing at least 21 years of age.
There's no re-entry.
The Asheville Civic Center holds up to 7,654 guests.
The Asheville Civic Center does not permit smoking inside the venue.
Guests can reach the Box office between 10:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m Eastern time on weekdays, and starting from 12:00 p.m. on weekend event days.
