Kids under 3 feet tall can enter for free if they sit on an adult's lap. (They won't be eligible for promotional giveaways, though.) Kids taller than that need a full-price ticket.
To make sure all fans enjoy themselves, please don't use obscene, offensive, or abusive language or gestures. Don't disrupt the game, and only sit in your own seat.
There are ATMs on the Main Level, Upper Level, outside the Miller Lite Bullpen Sports Bar, and outside the ballpark.
If you look like you're 30 or younger, you'll be asked to show valid photo ID before being served alcholic drinks. Sorry, no outside alcohol allowed in. Each fan can only buy 2 beers at a time at a stand, or 1 beer at a time through an in-seat vendor. Beer sales end at the end of the 7th inning. If you seem to be intoxicated, you may not be allowed into US Cellular Field, or you might not be served alcohol - that, and all alcohol policies, are up to the staff's discretion.
No bags bigger than 16¿x16¿x8¿ will be allowed in, and bags may be searched when you enter. Bag check (not run by the ballpark) is available between parking lots A and B, outside Gate 5, for $2 per bag. It closes half an hour after a game.
Still cameras are okay, but no large camera bags or tripods, and don't interfere with other fans' enjoyment. No video cameras allowed.
There are concessions stands throughout the ballpark offering a variety of meals and snacks. The Rookie's Club offers special kid-friendly treats.
Handicapped parking and drop-off, wheelchair seating, and assisted viewing/hearing devices are all available for those fans who need them.
Paramedics are on staff for all events. First aid help is behind home plate on the ground level.
You can bring food in a small, see-through plastic bag, and each fan can bring one sealed plastic water bottle up to one liter.
Gates open a 1.5 hours before most games, or two hours before games on Kids Days.
For lost and found items, go to the Guest Relations Booth or call 312.674.1000. Items will be kept for 30 days.
No bottles, cans, hard coolers, or other liquid containers are allowed.
No re-entry, unless you go to the guest relations booth or a Team Leader at a gate before leaving. Even then, re-entry is up to the staff and only in case of an emergency.
US Cellular Field can fit up to 41,432 fans.
Team pride is fine, but make sure your signs aren't obscene or commercial, and that they don't disturb other fans. No banners or signs on poles, and no handheld banners during play.
No smoking is allowed by law.
You're welcome to tailgate in Lots A-G and L only before every home game. Personal-sized grills only, and please bring water to put out the coals. No kegs in the lots.
On non-game days, the box office is open weekdays from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Central, and on weekends from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. On days of games, it opens at 9:00 a.m. When there's a day game, it closes at 6:00 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays, and 4:00 p.m. Sundays. When there's a night game, it closes at 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and Sundays, and 8:00 p.m. Saturdays.
Your group of ten or more can take a tour on Tuesdays and Fridays, at 10:30 a.m. Central on game days or 1:30 p.m. on non-game days. You'll need a reservation. For more info, call 312.674.1000.
