Blankets and chairs no higher than 9" inches off the ground (such as lawn chairs and beach chairs) are allowed for seating on the lawn. Lawn chairs can be rented inside the gates.
Children 2 years old and younger do not need their own ticket so long as they sit in a ticket-holder's lap.
Will call tickets can be picked up from the box office during normal hours with a photo I.D., order number, and the credit card used to buy the tickets.
ATMs can be found next to the box office and on both plazas.
Beer and wine can be bought with a valid I.D.
Personal, non-professional cameras are allowed. Video cameras, flash photography, and removable lens cameras are not allowed unless approved by the venue.
The Amphitheatre offers a variety of snacks, hot foods, and beverages.
Accessible seating is available.
Food is allowed so long as it is in a clear, 1-gallon-size plastic bag. Beverages are not allowed except for 1 sealed bottle of water per guest.
Some items are not allowed. These include:
- Laster pointers
- Weapons
- Animals (not including seeing-eye dogs)
The Amphitheatre seats roughly 18,768 people. Of these seats, 8,614 of them are theater-style seats and 10,154 are spaces on the lawn for blankets and lawn chairs.
The box office is located beside the main gate entrance at the front. It is open from Monday - Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. And it is open on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m Eastern time. The box office is open on Saturdays for onsales from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Eastern time. It's closed on Sundays.
The box office will not give seat locations over the phone. And no tickets may be purchased over the phone except those for accessible seating.
