Guests may not bring any large bags or containers into the arena.
Guests may bring only small point and shoot cameras into the Arena, but no other large cameras or recording equipment will be allowed.
All guests must have their own ticket to enter the Arena unless they are less than one year of age.
Enjoy a variety of concessions inside the Arena, but no outside food or beverages will be allowed.
Accessible parking is available on Harry Theo Lane on the right side of the Verizon Wireless Arena. Accessible Seating is also available throughout, although larger parties should call the Arena ahead of time for seating arrangments or for any visual or hearing impaired seating at 603.644.5000.
Guests requiring medical assistance should head to Section 117 or contact security personel.

Guests requiring Lost and Found Services should call 603.644.500 ext 6026 or contact Security Personnel. Items will be held for up to 60 days.

- No weapons of any kind including knives, guns, chains or laser pointers

No re-entry is allowed at the Venue except for select medical emergencies.
The Arena can seat from 9,852 to 11,770 guests.
The Security Office is committed to guests safety and enjoyment.
No large signs are allowed.
There is no smoking allowed inside the Arena, except for a designated area by Section 117.
The Box Office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on most days except for most national holidays during which the Office will open up to three hours prior to the start of an event.
Guests may access Will-Call services up to one hour prior to the start of an event.
