Victory Field is a state-of-the-art baseball stadium and has been called the #28;Best Minor League Ballpark in America#29; by publications such as Baseball America and Sports Illustrated. The ballpark was constructed in 1996 and is home to baseball's Triple-A team the Indianapolis Indians. Victory Field has 12,500 stadium seats and a capacity for 2,000 in the lawn, also featuring 28 suites, five suite-level party areas and two picnic tables.
Victory Field is home to Indianapolis' minor league baseball team the Indianapolis Indians and is centrally located near other downtown sports venues Conseco Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium. The Victory Field Box Office is open Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on game days starting 90 minutes before games. All major credit cards and cash are accepted at the venue. Children under the age of 14 receive a $1 discount on tickets, and children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge.
