Exit onto 4th Street. Turn left onto lower Grand. Turn left again into parking.
From Pasadena (110 South):
Exit on Hill Street. Continue past Temple to First Street, turn right. Left on Olive, right on Kosciuszko, right on Lower Grand, left into the lot.
Santa Monica (10 East):
From 10 East take 110 North. Exit onto 4th Street. Turn left on lower Grand. Turn left again into the lot.
San Bernardino (10 West):
From 10 West, take 101 North. Exit at Grand Avenue. Turn right onto Grand. Turn right again onto 2nd Street. Turn right into parking.
From Grand, turn left on 1st Street. Turn right on Olive. Turn right again on Kosciuszko. Turn right a 3rd time on Lower Grand. Turn left into parking.
Parking is beneath Walt Disney Concert Hall. Enter on 2nd Street or Lower Grand Avenue. Both entrances are open 6:00 a.m. to midnight, Pacific time, Monday through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. to midnight on weekends.
Valet parking is at the Hope Street entrance beginning at 5:00 p.m. for evening concerts, 2 hours before weekday matinees and all day on weekends. The Hope Street valet and Founders parking entrances open 3 hours before each concert.
Accessible parking spaces for vehicles displaying valid disability parking placards or plates are near the elevators on each level.

After the orchestra is seated, the first person to come on stage is the concertmaster, followed by the conductor. The audience should be as quiet as possible. Mobile phones and all other electronic devices must be silenced before the performance begins. Clap only at the very end of a piece.
Children under 6 are prohibited except for the Holiday Sing-Along (minimum 2 years) and Toyota Symphonies for Youth (minimum 5 years). Guests must be able to sit quietly through a 2 hour concert.
Walt Disney Concert Hall Summer box office hours are Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Saturday, Sunday or Monday Events the Box Office opens 2 hours before the performance. It closes 30 minutes after the concert's start time.
Recording devices are prohibited.
Seating for guests in wheelchairs and their companions is available on all levels. Ushers may not physically assist patrons transferring into theater seats. Music Center Guest Services representatives assist patrons with mobility impairments by escorted wheelchair transport to and from the theater. Reservations are necessary. Call 213.972.0777 at least 24 hours in advance. Service animals are welcome.
Walt Disney Concert Hall has a Sennheiser Infrared Sound Listening System. Wireless headsets are available free of charge at the Coat Check in the lobby. Guests must give ID as deposit or may bring their own compatible headsets.
Complimentary large-print programs are available in the lobby at Coat Check. Upon request, ushers will read program notes.
1 hour before the concert is Upbeat Live, the Philharmonic's pre-concert event where guests hear about the music on the program. It is in BP Hall and free for ticket-holders.
Late seating occurs during the first appropriate pause in the program at management's discretion. Certain programs have intermission, in which case late seating may be unavailable.
