Kids 2 and older will need a ticket, although there are exceptions for certain shows. Most family shows require a ticket of kids who have reached their first birthday. No matter what, kids without tickets need to sit on a parent's lap. 

Pick up will call tickets at the box office.

There's usually a concession stand selling snacks, but food isn't allowed in the seating area. 

There's accessible seating for all shows. For special assistance, seek an usher. For hearing impaired guests, headsets are available. 

The manager's office handles lost and found. After the performance, call 814.453.7117. 

Video cameras and recording devices are never allowed. 

There's always 1 uniformed officer on hand. Selected events will have more security officers. 

There's no smoking in the theatre, but you may exit to smoke. Be sure to obtain a door pass.
