The box office is open Monday - Saturday from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern time. On Saturday event days it opens at 12:00 p.m. Eastern and closes 1 hour after the show begins; on Sunday event days it opens 2 hours before showtime and closes 1 hour after the show starts.

Guests can pick up will call tickets on event days starting 2 hours before showtime (until 1 hour after the show begins). Bring the purchasing credit card, a photo ID, and the confirmation number. Tickets can't be left at will call for other guests.
