From the East:
Take I-84 West to Exit 50 (Main Street). Turn right onto Market St. The theater is on the left.
From the South:
Folllow I-95 North to New Haven. At Exit 48, merge onto I-91 North. Take Exit 32B (Trumbull St.), and turn right onto Market St. The theater is on the left.
Follow the Merritt Parkway North toward Meriden. Merge onto I-9 North and take Exit 32B (Trumbull St.). Turn right onto Market St. The theater is on the left.
From the North:
Take I-91 South to Exit 33 (Jennings Rd). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Make a left at the first light onto Weston St. The theater is on the right.
From the West:
Follow I-84 East to Exit 50 (Main St). Turn left on Windsor St., and then right onto Pleasant St. Make a left at the next light onto Market St. The theater is on the left.
Free parking is available for visitors; simply follow the signs. Guests can also purchase VIP parking spaces in advance or on the day of the show. VIP parking is in the Main Lot, and hang tags are required to enter the lot.
Look for ATMs throughout the inside of the theater.
Here's a few things to keep in mind.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase with photo ID. Please be aware that alcohol is not permitted in certain areas.
All bags and containers are subject to search at the entry gates. Please do not bring any coolers or backapacks into the facility.
Guests are allowed to bring personal cameras into the theater. Professional cameras and recording devices are not permitted.
All children 2 and older must have a ticket. During family events, alcohol is not allowed in restricted areas. Please use discretion when purchasing tickets for children, as some events may not be appropriate.
Snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are available for purchase with cash only.
Guests with disabilities can have access to seating throughout the theater. Wheelchair ramps will help you get to accessible seating areas.
Visitors can purchase event merchandise from stands with cash or major credit cards.
Outside food is allowed in the theater, as long as it's in a gallon-size plastic bag. You're also allowed one sealed bottle of water per guest.
It's best to leave a few items at home.
There's no re-entry allowed once you have exited the theater.
The Comcast Theatre can accommodate 30,000 visitors.
Please do not bring any signs or banners inside the theater.
Smoking is not permitted in the theater, or in any covered area throughout the facility.
Look for the box office at the main entrance of the theater. The box office opens at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time for evening events. For daytime events, it opens at 10:00 a.m. The box office is open on event days only, and closes 1 hour after starting time.
Remember to bring ID and credit card to pick up will call tickets.
