Vintage Trouble Background
Vintage Trouble formed in 2010 when Ty Taylor and Nalle Colt set up their
own studio in their Venice Beach house. With Taylor on vocals and Colt on guitar, the two started jamming together. They then
invited Rick Barrio Dill to play bass and Richard Danielson to play drums, and thus the quartet was complete. All of the band
members had known each other for a while, as they had all played various gigs around the Los Angeles area, but it wasn't until
2010 that they decided to bring all of their talents together and form Vintage Trouble.
After forming and practicing
their material together for a few weeks, Vintage Trouble started to gig around Los Angeles, performing at small nightclubs
and speakeasies. Audiences were instantly enamored with the band's soulful sound and wild on-stage energy, and word got around
that an exciting new band had formed in LA. The band's goal was to create a sound that was reminiscent of the era of vinyl
records and juke joints, and their fans would definitely agree than Vintage Trouble has accomplished this—and so much
more. By bringing soul influences into their sound, Vintage Trouble has become one of the most intriguing and exciting rock
bands on the scene, and their fame has quickly expanded out of Los Angeles.
In addition to appearing on shows like The
Late Show with JoAnne Good and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Vintage Trouble has also opened for bands like The Rolling
Stones, The Who, and the Dave Matthews Band, making Vintage Trouble one of the most talked about bands in rock. In just a
few short years, Vintage Trouble has gone from jamming in a simple home studio to playing sold-out shows at mega-arenas around
the world, and now they are gearing up for a show in your area! Don't miss out on seeing the exciting and acclaimed new rock
outfit, Vintage Trouble, and grab your concert tickets on StubHub while they are still available!
