Washington Huskies Football Schedule
Seattle, Washington has been anxiously anticipating the start of the 2014
Washington Huskies football season for months and the level of excitement has only increased coming out of spring ball. Head
coach Steve Sarkisian is looking to install a faster paced offense this season and all signs from spring ball point to it
being a success. Perhaps the brightest moment of spring ball was the improved play of quarterback Keith Price who struggled
a bit last season after an impressive 2012. Price appears to have made a return to his form of two years ago and put all of
the memories of struggling through 2013 behind him. Aiding price will be an impressive offensive line which should prove to
be the strength of the team and give the quarterback plenty of time to remain upright in the pocket. Making your way through
a grueling PAC 12 schedule is never an easy task for any team, but this year's Huskies should be able to challenge Oregon
and Stanford for the top spot in the PAC 12 North standings. Games against the likes of Oregon, USC, Stanford, Berkeley, Arizona,
and others give the Huskies the opportunity to see how they match up against many of the top teams in the country, and provide
fans with plenty of chances to see thrilling games with many of the best student athletes in the game on the field.
Washington Huskies will have their hands full in a home out of conference match up against the Illinois Fighting Illini at
Husky Stadium on September 13th. In a match up against teams from two of the best football conferences in the country, the
PAC 12 and the Big Ten, yo can be sure you will see top notch college football. September 27th brings the Stanford Cardinal
to Husky Stadium, pitting the Huskies against last year's division champs. In order to be the best you have to beat the best
which is precisely what the Huskies will be looking to do on the 27th. The UCLA Bruins come to town on November 8th in yet
another thrilling PAC 12 match up. The Bruins have once again emerged as one of the best teams in the conference and the Huskies
will be looking for all the fan support they can get to pull out a victory in this one. Other Washington Huskies football
games at Husky Stadium this season include games against Eastern Washington, Georgia State, Arizona State, and Oregon State.

Last season the Huskies finished third in the PAC 12 North and this
year they appear more than equipped to make a move past Oregon and Stanford in the division standings. Quarterback Keith Price
is coming off of some impressive performances in spring ball that prove that he is looking to put a disappointing 2013 season
behind him. Once again the Huskies should have one of the top offenses in the conference, especially given coach Steve Sarkisian's
desire to implement an up-tempo scheme along with a strong offensive line that should really open up the field. All of this
combines for a team that should be astoundingly fun to watch all season as they light up the scoreboard. This could be shaping
up to be a banner year for the Huskies and you will want to be there right from the opening kick off.
football is surrounded by a level of passion that is unique to itself and unlike anything found at the professional level.

Washington Huskies PAC 12 Football
Huskies play in the PAC 12 conference which is annually one of the top conferences in all of football. One of the things that
makes the PAC 12 so special is that each of the schools who were members of the PAC 10 have in-state rivals with whom they
engage in bitter battles each season. Teams like USC, Stanford, Oregon, and UCLA are the traditional powerhouses in the conference
but all of the other schools in the conference are capable of pulling off big upsets and seemingly coming from out of nowhere
to win their division as Arizona State did in 2013 when they emerged as the champions of the PAC 12 South. If you are looking
to see some of the best college football games of the year featuring athletes competing at the highest level you have come
to the right place in the PAC 12.
The Washington Huskies have a proud tradition of success in college
football, the program has won 3 unclaimed national titles along with 2 claimed titles, most recently in 1991. Additionally
the university has won 15 conference titles and produced 20 consensus All-Americans.
