The Washington State Cougars compete in one of college football's toughest conferences, the Pacific-12. The 2010 season
was a tough one for the Cougars and they finished tenth in the conference with a record of 2-10. The Washington State Cougars
will inevitably be looking to improve upon their stats and standings for the 2011 season.
Over the course of its more-than-a-century history, the Washington State Cougars have had many stars go on from NCAA football to make a mark on the NFL. Some

The Washington State Cougars' home venue, Clarence D. Martin Stadium has quite a historic legacy. The Cougars first played
at Soldier Field, which opened in 1892. They transitioned to a new Rogers Field in 1936, and a fire in the 1970s sparked the
construction of Martin Stadium.
Martin Stadium now has a capacity of more than 35,000.
