Wicked Cincinnati Plot

When's the last time you took your kids to see a show that they truly loved? It can be hard to find something to get your kids to pull their faces out of their screens these days, what with so many distractions online. But isn't it time you set aside some room for the family to get together and take in a show? What you need to find is a show with a story with characters your kids will recognize and that they'll love the whole time they're watching it unfold...a story like Wicked, which takes the characters of the Wizard of Oz and explains a back story that you may not have known from this world in a book and recreates it to give you a fresh story about a setting you know and love! Glinda the Good Witch ushers in this tale by explaining the back story of Elphaba, the green-skinned woman who would grow up to become the witch of notorious repute in the land of Oz. Wicked delves into the history of the land of Oz as you've never seen it before. If you're a fan of going to the theater or musicals in general, you're not going to want to miss out on your opportunity to see this show!

Wicked Cincinnati Cast

Actors like Alison Luff, Gina Beck, Alison Fraser, Tim Kazurinsky, Nick Adams, and more were all brought out from their respective performances to come together and play the roles in Wicked. There were some minor switches during the second national tour of the cast and those included such famed stage actors as Jennifer DiNoia, Hayley Podschun, and Kathy Fitzgerald. There's a very selective vetting process that the actors are put through before they're even allowed to rehearse, so if you wanted to see the best cast possible performing Wicked before your eyes, get your tickets to see this showing of Wicked via StubHub today!

Wicked Cincinnati Author

Though the original book The Wizard of Oz was written by L. Frank Baum, Wicked is based on the book Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West by Gregory Maguire. The music and lyrics for the show, however, were created by Stephen Schwartz, while the book for the show was written by Winnie Holzman. L. Frank Baum never really got in-depth about the background of the Wicked Witch, which is why it was up to Gregory Maguire to go back to the source material and find a way to craft her background using only the original information written. Don't miss this opportunity to see the additions that have been made to this timeless story you've loved since you were a child! Get your tickets to see Wicked today and familiarize yourself with all that this play has to offer!
