Every part of the Pitt Center is impressive. It opened in 1997 and cost a staggering $17.5 million to build. The result
is a state-of-the-art facility that provides top amenities for both players and fans. The Pitt Center acts as the home venue
of the men's and women's basketball and volleyball teams and the wrestling team. The Pitt Center provides the perfect backdrop
for NCAA basketball.
The Pitt Center can be configured for a variety of events. It features 141,000 square feet on its three levels. For Sacred
Heart Pioneers Basketball games, the Pitt Center has a capacity of 2,000. Even though the Pitt Center is relatively new,
it was improved in 2007 to maintain its modernity. Sacred Heart athletics have an incredible home at the Pitt Center.
