The five members of this alternative folk band, met two years ago, and had an instant connection. They began meeting to write lyrics and compose the music that would become their first EP that has no title. The five members of Winter Solstice first came together because of their shared love for creating beautiful harmonies, and that's exactly what they've done. With the sweet ringing of Keziah Davies vocals and keyboard melodies, the metallic strumming of Rosie Campbell's mandolin, the steady heartbeat of Joy Kelly's drums to the strong lead of Arion Fickel's vocals and guitar riffs. Their sound is a melting pot of rich harmonies, complex melodies and infectious rhythms that have made this fresh-faced band a favorite among young music fans.
