Worcester Sharks 2013-14 Schedule
The Worcester Sharks are prepared to hit the ice this season and take a bite
out of the competition. This Sharks team is hungry for victories in 2013-14, and could be a team that makes a serious run
at the top of the standings. The Sharks play in the American Hockey League as a minor league affiliate of the National Hockey
League's San Jose Sharks, and they're looking to make some serious noise in the Atlantic Division this season. The Sharks
are coming off a 2012-13 season in which they narrowly missed out on posting a.500 record, so the team is looking to step
up their game and notch a winning mark this time around. To do so they're going to have to step up their game and win some
big games at home. The fans will be showing up in a big way at the DCU Center this season to support the Sharks as they take
on some of the AHL's best clubs.
The Sharks know that they're going to have their fins full every time the Providence
Bruins hit the ice in Worcester, MA this season. The Bruins were able to finish atop the Atlantic Division standings last
season, and the team is sure to be a quality opponent yet again in 2013-14. The Sharks are going to have to play their best
hockey to take down the Bruins, and the fans will surely need to show up in droves to cheer the Sharks on to victory.
tough opponent the Sharks will face is the Portland Pirates. The Pirates were able to pillage and plunder their way to second
place in the division last season and look to be a formidable foe again this time around. If the Sharks can get some big home
wins against a quality opponent like this one, it would go a long way in creating the kind of momentum this squad could use
to help them ride a wave of wins to the postseason. It should be a great season of hockey for the Worcester Sharks in 2013-14.
