The Yonder Mountain String Band, or YMSB, is an American progressive bluegrass band from Nederland, Colorado that debuted at the Fox Theatre in Boulder in 1998. The members include Dave Johnston on banjo, Jeff Austin on mandolin, Ben Kaufmann on bass and Adam Aijala on guitar. Their debut album appeared in 1999 as the group has seen eight more albums together, many of them live sets.
