Brothers Shawn, Mark and Adam Stern formed the alternative pop rock outfit Youth Brigade in 1980 in Los Angeles. The group was joined briefly by other members, but relatively remained a trio throughout their '80s career, forming the indie label Better Youth Organization (BYO) in 1982 and released the EP "Someone Got their Head Kicked In."
Though they might not have been the most well known West Coast punk rock group, fans of the Youth Brigade still can't get enough of their tunes as they continue to tour across the nation.
