a venue near you this year, so be sure to check out their show.
Zepparella is comprised
of four incredibly talented women who all share a love for the music of Led Zeppelin. With singer Noelle Doughty at the helm
on vocals, this incredible singer captures the passion of Robert Plant's voice, while giving Led Zeppelin songs her own unique
twist. Noelle had grown up listening to the music of Led Zeppelin since she was a small child, and she eventually worked in
a number of other cover bands in a variety of different genres, including jazz, rock, and funk. Noelle and her bandmate Gretchen
Menn actually happened to first meet each other backstage at a Robert Plant concert, and they eventually starting playing
Guitarist Gretchen Menn adds years of experience to Zepparella. She was a former student of classical guitarist
Phillip DeFremery, who studied under the legendary Andres Segovia. Throughout her career as a musician, Gretchen has been
known for her unique combination of playing styles. She incorporates everything from classical to metal, and draws inspiration
from the likes of Frank Zappa, Jeff Beck, and of course, Jimmy Page.
Also adding to Zepparella's incredible sound is
drummer Clementine, who is the founding member of the group. Clementine has also been involved with other acts, like AC/DShe,
The Solid, Stars Turn Me On, and The House of More. Through Clementine's powerful drumming, audience members get to see and
hear a unique twist on John Bonham's unforgettable sound. Angeline Saris completes the group with her deft bass playing, bringing
her eclectic influences to Zepparella. With John Paul Jones as one of her biggest influences, Angeline goes above and beyond
fans' expectations with her skillful bass lines and energy.
Everyone in Zepparella really brings the heat during their
live performances, and you can expect the same level of rock-and-roll and high energy that fans have come to know and love
from this incredible cover band. There are countless cover bands around, but when it comes to Led Zeppelin, the quality of
music that Zepparella creates is just unparalleled. Their show is a must-see event for any fan of Led Zeppelin, or anyone
who likes great rock-and-roll music.
